The Year of the Earth Rat...

I must say.. it rocks to be a non chinese in a chinese majority country.. Coz u get to see the various different cultural differences... the diff elements that make up a culture... each race have their own culture... definitely.. and their is a clear distinction in mindset and mentality when it comes to work and chilling out.. its really so obvious like the difference between night and day... anyway...

The Lunar New Year is a time to wish my Chinese friends a very happening Lunar New Year and at the same time welcome the year of the Earth Rat..

Now gettin knocked out of the first round of the tournament would have been a disappointment but i guess we really worked hard to claw back from the point of defeat in the first game and culminating in me scoring the only goal in the last game... well it was wasted la... we could have gone thru la.. well we had a good team la i must say.. but i guess it just didnt work out.. but my goal was scored in true FUTSAL fashion... feel like playin more of it.. met my nbs senior and fellow punjab mate over there.. just couldnt take it and tell her that that the tamil songs are really rockin la... the beats in some of the tamil songs are just meant to dance on the spot la... haha.. need not understand the lyrics la.. the beats are enough to make u wanna dance.. anyway.. the game was a great boost of my confidence in terms of my soccer skills and knowledge.. its not like i am the best in the business.. but if i can help my team with my shooting... i am more than up for it... it was time well spent la.. solild.

Manish... time to do a bit of studyin.. u think so? ok la.. just a bit... its the new year.. quite disappointed that no one invited me over to their place for their new year open house... lets hope for one invite next year.. ok my fellow chinese friends... i have made quite a few of them all the way from primary school to now in uni to atleast merit one invite ar.. haha... it would be fun to bask in the whole new year spirit and all..

and finally... i think i might have found a new bollywood song to dance to... and it goes............"Biiiiiiiillloooo Rannnniiiii....
