Intellectual talk..

I have always torn the choice of making intellectual talk or trash talk whenever i fomr my project team.. as in with a bunch of new fellows whom i haven met before we formed this project or team that will decide the future of our grade of our module.. so i have realised that its best to dwell into intellectual talk at first.. then slowly after u get to know them.. then make a bit of jokes here and there.. then bring in the whole bag of jokes to lighten the mood when the situation calls for it..

But its kind of strange, there is always this feelin of rejection or apprehension of whether u can assimilate into a new grp.. but i guess its best to not think abt making friends, but rather forming effective and cooperative colleagues rather than friends.. but u never know.. as u get more comfortable with their working style.. its always good. but then again.. u can never to be too sure.. ah heck.. just work with them and think positive coz only when it comes to the crux of the situation, u get to see their true colours.. so all the more.. i am up for the meetings and discussions.. u will get to see their true colours when their ideas get rejected or get torn to shreds.. thats how it goes in the working world.. n i am not gonna change that.. but still a bit of care and consideration is required..
